Professor Uberto is a geek, an avid bachelor whose entire world is the laboratory. Serpina is his research assistant – young, wild and lively. They have an ongoing power struggle. Tempers run high in the lab, but also passion, and the rivalry becomes love.
Pegolesi’s La Serva Padrona  describes the relationship between a master and his maid.  We relocate it to the modern scientific lab, describing the relationship between a Professor and his research assistant.
